Personal Development Coaching

Sometimes we all feel stuck.

Having someone to support you in a nonjudgmental way, someone who believes in you and is able and willing to ask the questions that will illuminate the way forward and through. What is life if you are not moving forward?

Navigating your journey for success can be challenging.  You can be both your best ally as well as your worst enemy.  As you strive for your goals, a coach can help you along your path.  And along the way, you might just find that the journey itself is more important than the destination.

As your coach, I promise you that I will not be judgmental, I will not be critical, and I will not be a superficial cheerleader.  My goal is to support your journey in adapting to life's challenges and finding your personal success.

Coping with Chronic Illness
As someone who suffers from Crohn's disease, I understand chronic illness first hand. It crystalized for me how critical quality of life is - for everyone. And how challenging that is when coping with chronic illness.
Organizational Challenges
When our environment challenges us, we're not living with the quality of life we need. While there are professional organizers to help, sometimes the best way to tackle these challenges is to work with a coach who can support you in exploring your path to eliminating those organizational challenges once and for all.
Quality of life is critical for each of us, and in order to embrace our best quality of life, we need to feel well. We need to be mindful of maintaining our level of wellness. I'm here to support you in that journey.
We spend the bulk of our time at work - so if you're unhappy or debating your career path, working with a coach can help you set realistic goals for your career and life, overcome the challenges getting in the way of success, and thrive.

Hi, I'm Jennifer Linnig, and I help people find solutions to the challenges they face in life.

Having faced and overcome the significant challenges presented by being diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in my early 20’s and having people try to give me answers, solutions for my life, it became clear to me that the only solution was to find my own path.

We can know the questions we need to ask ourselves, but how often do we spend the time and effort to do that? A coach will ask you those questions. By asking the questions, I lead you, I work as the force of accountability.

A coach doesn't give you someone else's answers, but rather guides you on the process of finding your answers, and your unique way of thriving in life.

I believe that you are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole just as you are.
